Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

FBACalculator.top ("we", "our", or "the Site") provides a free online fee and profit calculator for marketplace sellers. This policy explains what information is — and, more importantly, what information is not — collected when you use the Site, and describes your rights under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws.

1. Your Numbers Never Leave Your Device

All fee, profit, ROI, and break-even calculations run entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. We do not upload, transmit, store, log, or have any access to the prices, costs, dimensions, weights, or other figures you type into the calculator. There is no server-side processing of your inputs, and no account of any kind is created when you use the Site.

2. Shareable Scenario Links

The "Copy share link" feature encodes your current calculator inputs (price, cost, dimensions, and so on) into the URL's query string so the same scenario reloads when the link is opened. These links are generated on your device and only exist where you choose to paste or share them. When someone opens such a link, the values are read from the URL by the browser and are still not sent to our servers in any form beyond the standard page request. Do not share these links if you consider your input figures confidential.

3. Local Browser Storage

A small preference remembers the language you selected so the Site opens in that language next time. This data is saved only in your own browser's localStorage on your own device. It is never sent to us or to any third party. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

5. Server Logs

Like almost every website, our web server automatically records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operational purposes. These logs are not linked to anything you calculate and are retained only for a limited period, after which they are rotated and deleted.

6. Third-Party Services

The Site is served through standard web hosting infrastructure. We do not embed third-party analytics, advertising, font, or social-media services. If this ever changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.

7. Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Because the Site does not collect personal data beyond transient server logs, there is generally no personal data for us to access, correct, delete, or port. Where the GDPR applies, you have the right to:

The legal basis for processing the limited server logs described in Section 5 is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Locally stored preferences (Section 3) never reach us and can be erased by you directly in the browser. To exercise any right, contact us at guichenli86@gmail.com; we respond within 30 days.

8. Your Rights Under CCPA/CPRA (California) — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The Site does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16.

California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected about them; request deletion; request correction; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we collect no personal information beyond transient server logs, there is typically nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete — and because nothing is sold or shared, there is nothing to opt out of. You may still submit a request at any time via guichenli86@gmail.com, and we will honor it to the extent the law requires. Browser-level controls (clearing site data, blocking storage) give you full, immediate control over the locally stored preferences described in Section 3.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or under 16 where the GDPR applies).

10. International Visitors

The Site is served from infrastructure that may be located outside your country. Since no personal data beyond transient server logs is processed, no international transfer of your personal data takes place in the sense of Chapter V GDPR.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be flagged prominently for at least 30 days after they take effect.
